We offer training in Paddle Canada flat and moving water canoe levels, swift water rescue, whitewater kayak level I-III, and kayak roll instruction.

  • Duration: Courses vary from days to weeks, depending on the level of expertise required.

  • Get Paddle Canada flat and moving water canoe proficiency or certification.

  • Get whitewater kayak level I-III proficiency or certification.
  • Get kayak roll instruction.
Overview

We have decades of experience in canoeing and whitewater kayaking. Program lead John Blyth has been kayaking the large rapids of the Slave River since 2002. The courses can be delivered at Fort Smith on the Slave River rapids, where there are a wide variety of water conditions suitable for the beginner or the advanced paddler. We can also deliver the course in a location more convenient for you.
