Client Challenge

The Dehcho First Nations (DFN) required training that was time sensitive, as participants had to complete it prior to working on a large-scale pipeline repair project by the Dehcho K’éhodi guardians. The timing of the construction program was fixed, leaving limited time to organize and deliver the training. The large-scale training program required the training of numerous individuals.

How B&B Solved it?

We called on our experience teaching environmental monitoring training courses as well as our extensive network of safety instructors to complete the suite of training requested by the DFN. Thanks to the fact that we’ve been instructing environmental monitoring courses across the NWT for nearly 10 years, we were able to run two programs concurrently and train the large number of individuals required for the project.
